PLEASE NOTE - NSW, QLD, SA, VIC & TAS residents - To hopefully receive your goodies before Christmas, please place your order by 18th December, unfortunately, I can NOT guarantee orders will arrive before Christmas Day.
For WA & NT residents please place any orders before 12th December, again no guarantee can be made that your order will arrive before Christmas Day.
All my books are sent via AUS POST.
Please note that once the parcel is on the road, it's up to the mail carrier.

Returns for Hardcover Book
At this present time we DO NOT accept any returns. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, we are more than happy to access the damage if the product is returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery, however, return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer. In regards to our Digital Download Products and Coaching Services we DO NOT offer any refunds for your Digital Product Purchases or Coaching Service Purchases - as these are instant downloads and one on one coaching services.
